If you’ve been waiting for a chance to join a club where you can have fun and do some exercise at the same time, Volleyball Club is for you. When president of Volleyball Club, Junior Ramiro Rico was asked what is Volleyball Club, he said, “Volleyball club is a club where students can go play volleyball with other students, while meeting new friends and learning how to cooperate with teammates. It is a place for students to forget about school and stress for a while and just have fun”. Ramiro announced that there is a new schedule when the club is going to meet, “Volleyball Club will now meet on Thursdays after school next to the baseball field, where I hope everyone comes out to play volleyball and have some fun.” When asked why students should come out to Volleyball Club he said, “People should join Volleyball Club because everyone deserves a chance to have fun, to compete against students from different grades, and just to relax. There is also going to be a potluck, so students can have a chance to interact with each other.” Give Volleyball Club a chance and come out Thursday after school to have some fun while playing volleyball. You may fall in love with the sport.
