ALL: Hey guys.
ALLISON ZECUA: My name’s Ally.
ASHLEY SANTAY: My name’s Ashley.
ALEXANDRA SANTOLLO: My name is Alexandra.
GABRIELA TELLEZ VALENCIA: And my name is Gabby.
SANTAY: Okay, so we’re going to be doing a mukbang discussing different types of nurses. We have each our own drinks. I have squirt.
TELLEZ VALENCIA: I have water.
SANTOLLO: I have Coke.
ZECUA: And I have Dr. Pepper.
SANTAY: We each have fries and a 10 piece chicken nugget. The first nurse I will be discussing is nurse practitioner short for NP. A nurse practitioner is a nurse with advanced education. They can diagnose illness and prescribe medicine. NPs often work in clinics or hospitals and specialize in areas like family care and children’s health. The next person will be Allison.
ZECUA: Our that I will be talking about is a CNA which stands for certified nursing assistant. A CNA helps patients with daily needs like bathing, eating, and moving around. They work under nurses and doctors. The CNAs usually work in nursing homes or hospitals and need short training. The next person that will be talking is Alex.
SANTOLLO: Emergency room nurse. ER nurses work in emergency rooms and help patients with serious injuries or sudden illnesses. They must work fast and stay calm in serious and stressful situations. The next person that we’ll be talking is Gabby.
TELLEZ VALENCIA: The nurse that I’m going to be talking about is the geriatric nurse. Giatric nurses care for older adults and they help manage long-term illnesses and provide comfort. They often work in nursing homes or assisting living centers. And back to Ashley.
SANTAY: The next nurse I’ll be discussing is LPN, which is short for licensed practical nurse. An LPN gives basic medical care such as checking vital signs, giving medicine, and helping patients. They work under registered nurses and doctors. LPNs need about one year of training. I’ll be giving it to Alison.
ZECUA: The type of nurse that I will be talking about today is an RN, which is short for registered nurse. Registered nurses take care of patients, give treatments, and explain care to patients and families. They work in hospitals, schools, and clinics. RNs need a college degree and a license. I will be passing the mic to Alex.
SANTOLLO: Pediatric nurse. Pediatric nurses care for babies, children, and teenagers. They work in children’s hospital clinics or schools to help kids stay healthy. The next person I’ll be passing the mic to is Gabby.
TELLEZ VALENCIA: The next type of nurse that I’II be talking about is um psychiatric nurse. So, psychiatric nurses help patients with mental health problems. They work in mental hospitals or clinics that support patients emotionally and medically. A not so fun fact is that according to the ED, nursing is no longer a professional degree among the graduate programs that are eligible for higher student loan limits, a move that is influenced by the physical changes under President Donald Trump’s big beautiful bill.
SANTOLLO: The nursing organization is not eligible to receive a maximum amount of loans. Something to consider would be pursuing graduate degrees outside of professional programs to 20,500 a year to 100,000 in total. In contrast, professional degrees, students can borrow 50,000 a year up to 200,000 over the course of their study. The programs are trying to state that there isn’t enough resources to give proper education to the amount of nurses needed in America.
SANTAY: Overall, those are different nurses that we discussed. We’ll be rating the food now. I give the chicken nuggets a 10 out of 10. The fries a six because it started getting cold. The Big Mac, I didn’t even eat cuz it has pickles. Um, the squirt, yeah, she kind of took it. The squirt is really good. Um, like a eight out of 10. Okay, next would be Alex. Okay, no, it’ll be Alisson
ZECUA: Okay, I give the Big Mac a seven out of 10 just because it’s my first time trying it and had pickles, but it doesn’t really matter. I give the chicken nuggets a 10 out of 10 and I give the fries a five out of 10 because they’re already cold. And I give my Dr. Pepper a 10 out of 10. And I’ll be passing it to Alex.
SANTOLLO: Um, I give the Big Mac um, a 10 out of 10 because I like pickles. And the fries I’II give them like maybe like a eight cuz they’re kind of stale now. And I’m going to pass the mic to Gabby.
TELLEZ VALENCIA: I think the the Big Mac is like a seven out of 10. That was my first time trying it and it’s like okay. The fries, they were good at the beginning cuz they were warm, but now they’re kind of cold. So, I’ll give them like a seven out of 10. And chicken nuggets, they taste really good I’ll give them an eight out of 10. And then I’m drinking water. That’s a 10 out of 10. So, yeah.
SANTOLLO: That’s all for today. I’m I’m Alex.
TELLEZ VALENCIA: I’m Gabby.
SANTAY: I’m Ashley.
ZECUA: And I’m Ally.
SANTAY: I hope you guys enjoyed.
ALL: Bye
